We offer completely hands-off service for our landlords.  We work with local builders, suppliers and engineers, whom we regard as an extension to our team. Whether you live locally or abroad,  there is no place for worry as we ensure your property is being looked after, and the necessary repairs are done swiftly and cost-effectively.

Maintenance 

This includes improvements we make to the property at the time we take over its management, followed by regular inspections,  repairs,  cleaning service, and managing tradesmen to ensure property stays homely, welcoming and fully fit for purpose.

HMO Management 

We offer a fully managed service, which includes everything from advertising, re-tenanting, referencing, check-ins/outs, organising maintenance and inspections, as well as managing all the tenant enquiries throughout.

Long term contracts

Our contracts are usually 2-5 years long. For the duration of lease agreement we manage all aspects such as tenants, bills, maintenance of property etc. We return the property in the condition that we rented it, or better – it’s in our contract to do so.

Professional Tenants 

Our clients are professionals in Finance, Accounting, Consulting, Marketing, Management Administration and IT. We offer them a high class, all-inclusive service so that they don’t have to worry about things like paying bills when they’re busy working – we take care of it all on their behalf.
